updates for the past week-->
ive been busy staying back till 10 everynite for the past 3 days entertaning the Chinese cultural club of NYP
in our very own Theatre for The Arts due to their "overdue" Concert.
Technically, they need our help bigtime i guess.
so i tot it was gona be a SIMPLE minded event with SIMPLE minded ppl who have pretty much very SIMPLE demands in life.
but boy was i totally wrong.
these bunch of ppl hail all de way from China.
not that i have anything against these mainlanders despite the diseases happening all across asia.(eg Bird flu,SARS,Mad cow,mad manjan?)
BUT...
there was a horrible breakdown in communication.
this being so that Everyone performing were chinese
and everyone involved backstage were NON chinese.
and forget about the Universal Language English.
sure as hell doesnt work on them.
These idiots( Pardon my rudenes) probably have the sick notion that they r freaking celebrities.
there was this guy who resembles like a fairer version of a "Pantat Kuali".
but he acted as if he was Andy Lau.
he wanted the curtains open at the first sentence of the song he wanted ,the music on at the 3rd sentence of the song.
bloody hell!
and he wanted the music to be louder when the volume was already to its maximum!
yada yada yada etc etc etc.
I WAS STUCK BACKSTAGE FOR 2 HOURS DURIN THAT DAMN CONCERT WITH MY INTERCOM AND THEIR SHRILL VOICES BLASTING THRU OUR SOUND SYSTEM AT ITS MAX.
not to mention dancing china chicks in their oh so virginal and graceful swanlike costumes EQUIPPED with YELLOW FEATHERS.
and oh not forgetting sum guy who was performing with a FAN in his hands all the time singing out "FENGSHOU FENGSHOU TOK CHANG TOK CHANGTALK LAI LAI LAI!"

these Mangy morons nearly sucked out every minuscule brainjuice ive left wif,splitted my already small brains into 2 and Burst the living daylights out of my eardrums.
